The pool area and grounds were nice, however, the room lacked amenities.

The location was convenient to Port of Miami. The service was terrible and the room was horrible. It was small, expensive for the price and very dirty. I would never recommend this particular Days Inn hotel to anyone.

The hotel was located in a rather run-down neighborhood and the staff was rude and unhelpful. The pick up service passed us three times at the airport even though the driver knew we were there, since the van was full. The check-in clerk was rude. My room was large but the beds were horrible and the bathroom was not very clean. Check-out was a mess as we were waiting for the cruise pick up bus and were told we could not stay late but would be able to keep our luggage at the front desk. A few minutes later, we arrived at the front desk with luggage and were told they had nowhere to put it. The cruise bus held maybe eight people and they had over fifty waiting to use it. It was a disaster and I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel had a good airport pickup and port delivery service. But the check in staff was not overly helpful with information.

It was in a bad section of town and it was really run down! Room was poor quality and overall, it was not a nice place to stay.
