This was the WORST hotel we ever stayed at. We had to take the bedspread off and shove it under the door to keep the cold air out, the hotel was filty, and the staff could not have cared less. There was something that looked like a used crack pipe that we found on a ledge by the mirror the next morning. The room was in horrible shape, even the wall paper was peeling off. The toilet was backed up (the one thing they did take care of) We called a few months later when we knew we would be in the area to see if there was a change in management or any of the rooms had been upgraded and the man that answered was rude and obnoxious. Obviously didn't care about customer service or if the rooms were rented.
