We had a booked a room but something came up that we had to cancel. We tried cancelling a week before the date and they wouldn't let us and had already taken the $$$ from the credit card. We tried calling and emailing and the answere was always...

Their Website is very deceptive -- photo of property is not at all what the dump really looks like - it is extemely doctored up. They claim to have parking a block away, but once you check in you learn it is really 2 blocks away.

Great time at a great price in Toronto!. The rooms were quite small but extremely clean and comfortable. They were hanging new drapes in the afternoon which was a bit of an inconvenience but they look great. The lady who checked us it at night was very familiar with the area and offered many 'touristy' suggestions for how we could spend our 4 days in Toronto. We will definately be staying there again!inately
I am very likely
to return to the Days Inn - Toronto West Lakeshore.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
