We had the misfortune of staying at this hotel for two nights. The rooms were dirty (dried food on the carpet, cobwebs on the ceiling and walls), the faucets leaked in the bathtub, the soap dish was falling off the wall in the bathtub, we killed "b

Excellent
Our trip was great, we had an early check-in but our room was already ready. Friendly atmosphere, great food in the restarurant. The rooms were very clean. I would recommend this hotel to others.

We only stayed here because we could not continue our stay at the Best Western next door. We were promised wireless internet access, but it was down all weekend. Previous guests' wet towels were still in our room. Calls to the front desk were...

I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. My husband and I purchased a getaway package that literally saved us hundreds of dollars!
The hotel and the rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. The restaurant was quite over priced for the quality of the food but, it had a nice atmosphere and the food was good (just not "that" good). The breakfast that came with our package was served in the hotel across the street and it was a delicious buffet and the dining room had a nice view of the river.
The other thing I loved about the hotel were the pool facilities which were very nice clean and well kept (I spent most of my time in this area). The one thing I should say about it is that the chlorine levels in the pool were horrible and it smelled very strong. On the day that we checked out I developed a severe rash covering my whole body. I went to the hospital and the informed me that it was from the chlorine. Hopefully this problem has been taken care of. I did write a letter about it to the hotel and never got a response.
I will definitely be staying at this hotel in the future. It was great value for the money.

This hotel is very far from the casinos. I had to take a cab to and from the hotel during my stay. It was a hassle going and coming back. There is a free shuttle bus service that comes hourly, but if you miss it, then you would have to wait for at least an hour for the next one to come. It was very inconvenient. Overall, the rooms were very clean and neat. Surprisingly, no bugs or spiders.
