Where do I begin...upon check in we were told that the one of the rooms we had booked was never reversed. We were traveling on a long weekend and they were apparently at capacity. Other couple had to find another hotel. Then was told that the...
36 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
Located within walking distance of restaurants, Clifton Hill, and the falls. The staff were very helpful with respect to providing directions to restaurants and attractions. If you have a large party try to car pool as parking is limited - but you can park your car for free at the Fallsview Casino if you have a PAC card. Rooms had the standard two double beds, bar fridge, iron/ironing board, and hairdryer and were clean and adequate. The beds were nice and firm and we all slept well. We stayed during the low season (mid-March) so the price was very good.
24 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
The parking for the main hotel is very small, so during the night when you come back from driving down to the falls, you might not have a parking spot at the main hotel, so you'd need to park about 50 meters away at another parking lot. It's very dim, so walking by yourself might be dangerous. The rooms were okay, bathroom was a little old, with the shower drain getting clogged while taking a shower. The hallways looked so old, and the carpet looked black. but can't ask for much, since you don't pay too much for the room. You get what you pay for. Overall, not completely disgusting, the room was decent size, and ours had a fireplace which was nice for the winter!

Located within walking distance of restaurants, Clifton Hill, and the falls and the service was good. Really no amenities on site (no pool, gym etc) but all we needed was the room. If you have a large party try to car pool as parking is limited. Rooms were clean and adequate.

I planned to go cheap. Unfortunately I got what I paid for. I requested early check-in for noon. I arrived at 1:30 no rooms available. That night three groups of kids were partying. They slammed doors until 3:30 in the morning. I mean...
