I had called to verify my reservation the morning of my arrival, which was confirmed by the girl at the front desk that day. It was to be a late arrival and so I made sure they were aware of this. When I arrived at the hotel, they had no record of my reservation or pending arrival. They fortunately did have a room to accommodate me, however, the rooms are very, very small. No closet, just a little storage area. The remote for the TV was missing and the heater did not work properly. Overall, not a great experience for just a short stop to rest.

We booked and signed in for a room for four adults, and we never did we receive supplies for four people, towels cups washcloths, etc., and when we asked for more it was an inconvenience to them. One day we left for a couple of hours, and we asked if the could clean our room while we were out, “No problem, we’ll put you on our list”, they said. Well, 5 1/2 hours later when we returned, it had not been touched.

The rooms were filthy. The carpet in the halls and rooms had large spots. There were ants on the windowsill. I only stayed one night. They charged my account twice, and would never return my calls to resolve the issue.

The location was excellent, close to the interstate, food, and gasoline. But the price seems a little high for the quality of the hotel. Breakfast was included but was delayed due to slow service by the hotel during my last stay. In previous stays a

The windows leaked from the rain. The help could not understand English, the room was dirty with spots on the wall and glass of pictures, and there were ants on the windowsill.
