This was a great place to stay and the price was very affordable. The hotel was clean, the staff nice and we even had a lovely continental breakfast complete with all sorts of breakfast items. I found almost the location most convenient due to a walgreens across the street, a mall 5 minutes away and the hospital about the same distance.

Overall, i would recommend this hotel as the staff was very helpful and friendly.

The site served our purpose.

This is a fantastic Days Inn due to the manager or whomever the man is running the front desk the majority of the time. He was incredibly helpful with not only hotel stuff but with advice about the town as well. He was incredibly friendly and we would stay there again without hesitation.

The area that the hotel was in and the room itself just made the stay enjoyable. The room was nice and we were able to relax.

The room was adequate, the price was moderate, and the staff, including the manager, were awful. A minor mistake on their part when it came to billing resulted in repeated phone calls on my part which were unreturned, and unresponded to. In a week’s worth of calls, the manager ducked me repeatedly, and never returned the phone calls as I was instructed would be done, the majority of the staff seemed confused about the the basics of operating their computer system. A hotel is only as good as its staff and management, and this hotel fails miserably on these accounts.

They listened when I needed help. Most other places were dirty and unclean. Days Inn has respect for their guests.

I had an enjoyable and pleasant experience.

Hotel has a decent location, not too far from the campus of the University of Iowa.

Rooms include a microwave and refrigerator which is good for keeping leftovers, drinks, etc.

VERY Reasonably priced for a decent night's stay.
