Not good = dirty, uncomfortable, aesthetically unpleasing (read: ugly), cheap, waste of time and money. In short, utterly disgusting. I should've trusted my instincts (over a friend's recommendation) and booked a room at a more upscale hotel IN Chapel Hill from the outset. I would've been farther from my friend but comfortable because I always know what I'm getting when I book at a choice property (insert any well-known, upscale hotel here). I had minimal interaction with the staff. They seem like nice people? I guess? Clearly, quality control is not in their daily repetoire. I agree with two of the previous reviewers... this place is abhorrant.
