The hotel was conveniently located right on the beach and it was very pleasant. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. I would highly recommend it.
The staff treated me fairly and they did not disrespect me because of my age or gender.

to return to the Days Hotel Surfside Beach Resort/Myrtle Beach.

It is a nice hotel. I liked the beach front location. The front desk staff was very nice. Upon a second visit this past year, I found a new front desk staff and they were not quite as friendly as the staff during prior visits. I got a good price the first time I stayed there. The only problem was that the air conditioner unit was not working as it should every day.
The first time I stayed there, the young lady at the front desk, who took care of me, spent a good amount of time seeing that I was given the best rate in a room that I liked. Later in the week when the air conditioner acted up, the front desk people had someone visit us and inspect the situation very promptly.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Days Hotel Surfside Beach Resort/Myrtle Beach.
I might recommend it to friends.

Each room has a balcony and ocean view (some better than others) - you can fall asleep to the sound of the surf. Surfside Beach is quiet, totally walkable and there's an ice cream parlor across the street - now who could ask for more. Rooms/decor...

This place is in a quiet area where you can really relax. The day staff is great and so are the housekeepers. Nice restaurants within walking distance. Park your car and take it easy! Parking is not a problem here. You can keep an eye on your car...

Mediocre
This Hotel is in serious need of a remodel. Rooms have odors, carpet badly worn. Forget the affliated Bar. Overpowering tobacco smell (and i smoke), slow service, dirty. Beds are TERRIBLE. Staff is great. Remodel, Remodel.
