When our suitcase was lost, they provided us with a bag of toiletries which helped a lot. The staff was friendly. However, we booked a package which included a free breakfast each day, but the front desk had no knowledge of this.

I did not like the fact that the guests in the next hotel room brought their dog and then left the dog when they went out. The dog barked and woke us up. I did not know that the hotel was 'pet friendly' or if, indeed, dogs were allowed.
