The hotel was OK. It was near niagara falls and the airport. Unfortunately the better rooms did not have an airport view. They had a parking lot view. Also the staff was not very helpful. The poll although was nice and the breakfast was good.

We stay one night as a park and fly package the rate for the night was excellent value. We were leaving on a flight at 6am. We were kept awake all night by kids running the halls and doors banging closed drunk adults talking in the hallways at 3am....

Horrible
Stayed over the Christams holiday. Toilet overflowed-sent up maintence, they stopped toilet, by turning off & never cleaned the floor. Never changed towels. Sent us a one-night free, but I won't use it.

The hotel was good value and a great location for flying out of the Buffalo airport. Despite its proximity, the hotel was quiet. The front desk people were especially friendly and helpful. I would stay there again.

It was a good place to stay. I really liked their use of the computer for the guest that were staying there. It was made to use as you wanted for free.
Just the way they acted around me when I had to ask them anything made me feel important.

The staff was very helpful, correcting a problem with the bathroom fixtures. They were also helpful in offering a parking spot for our car as a cheaper alternative to airport parking.
