41 year old with a economy budget, traveling for business

I had called ahead of time to see if their Jacuzzi was working. I was lied to and was told that it was. When I arrived there, it wasn't and they had no plans of fixing it. It had been broken for months.

Plus the phones didn't work the whole time!
