Dakota Hotel San Francisco Hotel - Page 1

We stayed there on 9.07.2007 to 16.07.2007. (No were else to book into at that time)

We liked it because it was central.

The staff were friendly and helped us when we needed it.

We were suppose to be in the Adelaide Hotel but then after travelling for over 24 hours we were a bit p.........ff because we then had to find the Dakota on our own,My partner had no bed bug bites but I was covered in them (Not nice impression aye..) the room was sprayed and the bed changed,still got more....., The room wasn't cleaned properly,We couldn't use the phone because it hadn't been wired in properly and the lady at the desk said it was ok to use..The lift is ancient and in the end you had to walk all the way to the top floor because it wasn't working,It wasn't the best breakfast we've ever had in the USA it was poor and most mornings you were lucky to even get a seat or find a space to stand at the Adelaide Hotel for breakfast.Won't recommend this place at all to friends or family.
