The room was fairly comfortable. The maid service was very prompt every morning, if a little too early for my taste. I was somewhat irritated that there was no refrigerator in the room though, nor was there a closet in the room. Also, the public transportation around the hotel was not very satisfactory. It took several calls to get a taxi to come out there.

The public transportation was bad. The bus line nearest never came by during our stay. Taxis seemed to have a hard time getting out there. There was no possibility to walk much of anywhere except for a couple of restaurants next door. The room was decent. The maid tried to open the door once on us.

Good
Our stay, though brief, was enjoyable. Very courteous staff, clean rooms, only the parking lot could have been plowed and salted better as the parking spaces were limited and walking very hazardous. Nice location with eatery within walking distance.
A few things that will make you want to avoid this place including: you only get a newspaper if you're in their "club". I saw them on other rooms' doors so I walked to the office and was told they didn't have any more. The wireless access is NOT...
The service was great! The front desk attendant, Brian was very good and very helpful. The room was large and clean. The overall atmosphere was friendly and positive. I have never stayed at a better hotel. Thanks to Brian, we will always choose Red...
