PLEASE DON'T STAY HERE! My family experienced the worst stay ever at Cypress Gardens Inn. We stayed in this smelly room, and the bathroom had mold all over the place. We didn't get any sleep at night, because they had a group of teenagers...

Nice, clean hotel. Decor is very cheerful and bright. Hotel staff was very professional and helpful. Prices were very reasonable and economical. Location is key, close to Fisherman's Wharf.

Mediocre
The bathroom ceiling and walls had cracks, wall paper peeling off and signs of mold, the smells was nasty, the maid obiously used some very strong room spray to mask the smell, however it made it worse. The bathroom had a window facing the parking...

There was consruction going on next door that was loud early in the morning,the room was heavily perfumed when we got in and even after we aired it out for hours. Not very close to anything except the freeway.Not going back.
DO not stay here. the staff is so rude and disgusting. They charge you for everything. And isn't the staff supposed to work for you? I have never ever felt like I needed to immacuately clean a hotel room upon checkout before. they are awful...

The staff is horrible, the rudest most disgusting place I have EVER stayed. They charge you for anything and everything, I have never ever felt that I needed to immaculately clean a hotel room before I left. Not to mention it was disgusting, old gross, inoperable appliances and what not. The shower had mold in it. The bathroom floor was gross and dirty. Do not stay here!!

Like I said before this is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in and I urge you never to stay there yourselves. The room smelled of cat urine, the pool was unusable because it was so dirty. I didn't take a shower for fear of mold. The refridgerator...

I will never return to this hotel. This hotel was awful! It smelled of cat urine and was way over priced. The refrigerator was broken and leaked water on the ground. The pool was unusable because it was so dirty and the sliding glass door to the balcony was didn't lock. Like I said before I will never return to this hotel and I strongly urge you never to visit in the first place.
