Custom Hotel Hotel - Page 1

I was looking for a vacation on a reasonable budget. The hotel could possibly be reasonable if you don't want to have a rental car or make any local phone calls. We asked for suggestions for car rental and they suggested a very high-priced service so we checked elsewhere and found out the service they recommend has horrible reviews from customers but the hotel recommends it anyway because they are paid when people rent the company's cars. What they should have mentioned was that the huge, 75% empty parking garage behind the hotel was not free for hotel guests. It was $22 per day. Local calls are also not free, however there is nothing telling you this until you are charged for every local call you make at checkout. Before booking the hotel, I had accepted the fact that there would be some airport noise at the hotel but was willing to deal with it becuase of the low price and the fact that the hotel boasted "sound-proof" walls to help keep out the noise. The walls were not sound-proof at all. The walls couldn't even keep out the noise from the club attached the the hotel until 2 AM or the noise from the other hotel guests around us.

My bill was still over $100 per night, so I wasn't expecting Motel 6 service, which is what we received with the rude staff and nickel and diming that occured. The rooms are really tiny and their "modern" layout is extremely inefficient with the bed dominating the room by being put in the center. For some reason the beds face a random wall and the tv is off to the side so you have to lay on your side or turn your head just to watch. The bathrooms are also extremely small, I didnt even know they made a shower-bath so small. If you are looking to spend about $100 a night, look elsewhere.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Rooms were cheaply done and unwelcoming. Concrete floors, darkly painted hallways, & limited lighting. Minibar items included condoms, duck tape, and dog collars.

A hotel party on the 12th floor, playing techno music until 4:30 in the morning, could easily be heard from our 6th floor room. Multiple calls to the front desk throughout the night were useless as they did little to resolve the noise issue. Met only with a number of “I’m sorries” and slight discount at check out the following morning.

If you’re looking for a Euro experience at a place that hasn’t quite figured out whether they are a hotel or a night club, you’ve found your place, otherwise buyer beware.

We couldn’t have gotten out of there fast enough.

One of the best places i have ever stayed at. And the price is GREAT.. Everyone who works here is REALLY NICE.. CLEAN and COOL... Thinking about stayin for long period of time... Will be sad when we leave..
