Horrible
My associate and I had submitted a proposal to Dan Smoke, the manager at Crystal Suites on or about 5/15/08. Dan accepted the proposal to inspect the hotel for wireless internet problems. The proposal stated the rate would be $100.00 per hr. for 2...
The only good thing about our stay was the location. The room stunk and the bed had little black hairs all over the sheets. We complained to the man at the front desk and he said their were no refunds and he could not give us another room because...
44 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
My family and I checked into this hotel because we had a family medical emergency and it was close to the hospital where our loved one was at. When we went into the room, we found out the sheets looked like they hadn't been changed in a month! Hair and god knows what else was on it. When we complained to the "new" manager, he basically told "oh well".
We asked for and finally received clean sheets and no compensation whatsoever.
I travel for a living and I seem to stay in Springfield at least twice a month and usually on the north side of town by the interstate, which I have always been disapointed and un happy with any of the hotels there. Well this time I was coming up...
