54 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
The staff at Crystall Inns in St. George are top-notch in that they are knowledgeable, customer-focused, and professional yet friendly. The can do attitude of the service is remarkable. I experienced one minor inconvenience in that my billing was not cared for completely, an important note about the handling of the bill was tucked away in a special notebook, and the presence of this caused the desk person to not know of the proper handling.
This hotel made me feel important: They were welcoming, friendly, and eager to serve. The staff made me know I matter.

55 year old female with a economy budget, traveling for business
The hotel was fine, with comfortable rooms. The problem was that there was a malfunction with a fire sprinkler in a room, which caused a bunch of noise in the night and no water for the shower in the morning.

I liked the romance package. We drove four hours to get to that precise location so we could get away. I also liked that it included a voucher for the on-site Tony Roma's.

26 year old male with a shoestring budget, traveling for leisure
We purchased the Wine and Dine romance package in the 'honeymoon suite', which included many things - one of which was bubble bath. I mention this because the room had a tiny bathtub - not very impressive for a honeymoon suite. The package also included dinner at the attached Tony Roma's restaurant. The food there was great, but the service was terrible. A meal that usually takes us about 45 minutes took over an hour and half - 20 minutes of which was spent waiting for the waitress to first come to our table. I would like to note that the heated outdoor pool was wonderful, although the attached spa, restrooms, and sauna were quite filthy. Overall, it's a nice place to stay, if a bit expensive.
