They had a friendly staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds, easy to find, I would recommend this hotel and had an enjoyable stay.

I am not likely to return to the Crystal Inn North East.
I would not recommend it to friends.

It was OK, but I really don't like the location right next to a truck stop like that, but there's nothing you can really do about it, I guess.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Crystal Inn North East.
I might recommend it to friends.
