We really like this hotel, the rooms are large and spacious and the staff go out of their way to help you out. The breakfast is a hot buffet which gives you a really good start to the day. There are also 3 other restaurants within a very short walk so everything you need is really close by. If your feeling energetic there is an indoor pool and exercise room but if your not there is a really nice hot tub! .The Trax system is only 1 1/2 blocks away so a quick walk gives you free access to the downtown area and shopping.

The Crystal Inn was in a good location, easy to find and had adequate parking. The check in clerk and other personal were very pleasant, friendly, and helpful. The room was quite large with a Jacuzzi, microwave, and a small refrigerator. The bathroom also had a regular bathtub and shower and all were very clean. The front desk answered the phone promptly when we called to ask for some extra pillows and bath towels and they were brought to the room in a timely manner. They also offered a continental breakfast with a good variety of food.
They made me feel important by the way the employees talked to me. They always looked me in the eye when talking to me and it was always sir or mister and they didn't use any slang or foul language.
I am very likely
to return to the Crystal Inn Hotel and Suites Salt Lake City-Downtown.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

I always stay at this hotel. It has a sitting room and a microwave, coffee and a refrigerator. Also there is a huge breakfast buffet and they have dinner at night like stir fry or burgers.

Stayed here twice in last 2 years for ski vacation during Mardi Gras time back in New Orleans. Good / clean rooms, decent hot breakfast and INDOOR pool and hot-tub for those ski wobbly...

The hotel staff was very nice, and the location was great. The breakfast was excellent! However, the rooms could be updated (especially the bathrooms), and we booked a room with a king bed, and got 2 double beds instead.
