We really like this hotel, the rooms are large and spacious and the staff go out of their way to help you out. The breakfast is a hot buffet which gives you a really good start to the day. There are also 3 other restaurants within a very short walk so everything you need is really close by. If your feeling energetic there is an indoor pool and exercise room but if your not there is a really nice hot tub! .The Trax system is only 1 1/2 blocks away so a quick walk gives you free access to the downtown area and shopping.

I love this hotel it is really close to everything I need in SLC. it is clean. breakfast is great it even has cappucchino there is a fridge and a microwave. the rooms are really big plently of room for the little ones to run around. and my favorite...

It was friendly.The door in the bathroom didn't lock. I would come back to this hotel I have been there before and I loved it but I didn't like that the bathroom door did not lock or the TV in the other room it turned on but no pictures.

We have stayed at the Crystal Inn many times over the last few years and always find everything to be top notch and are satisfied in all respects. The continental breakfast is a real breakfast and excellent.

We really like Crystal Inns. We stay there whenever we travel. I was disappointed that we could not use our free stay card. After so many stays they offer a free night but when we arrived we were told that it did not pertain to that nights stay.
