It was nice. I liked the computer you could use in the lobby to check e-mail.

This hotel made me feel content: It was a place where I could really relax and sleep well.

I thought that the facilities, cleanliness, and overall condition of the site were very good. The staff was quite friendly, and also extremely helpful in helping me to fulfill an unusual request. I felt that the management really went the extra mile for me, and I would not only stay with Crystal Inns again in the future if the occasion were to arise, but also gladly recommend the franchise to anyone seeking a excellent travel value as far as quality of service versus price are concerned.
