The rooms were clean and comfortable. The new bedding is very plush. We had no difficulty getting around town on the Metro, and avoided the headache of driving/parking in an unfamiliar city. The shuttle to and from the airport was very convenient....
We stayed here for the first time and didn't even leave on Friday night to go out in DC. bin1700 was a great hot spot. The lounge is great fun, with entertainment and a large variety of wines!

My husband and I stayed here for a 2 day sight -seeing trip to DC. We had free shuttle service to and from the hotel to the airport and they were very prompt. The room was clean and the bed was fabulous! We had the breakfast buffet which was well...
52 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
The location is dreadful. Despite the street address, you cannot enter the hotel from that highway, which makes getting there a real challenge. Parking rates are too high and it is not even valet parking.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Crystal Gateway Marriott.
I might recommend it to friends.
