Just enjoyed a relaxing get a way at the Crowne Pointe. We had a great room and enjoyed the complimentary spa and hot breakfast. The staff was very friendly and the inn is located in the center of town and you can walk to everything.
My husband decided to make reservations for the Pamper Me Three Times Package. We were not disappointed-the Teddy Bear room was beautiful, staff inviting, and the gardens and deck areas exquisite. Dinner at their restaurant was beyond...

I stayed at the Crowne Pointe Inn & Spa located in the very heart of Provincetown. I checked in my room with another guest and it smelled of orange disinfectant. My sinuses and my partner’s sinuses immediately began to swell. We both complained to guest services and they provided our small over priced room with a fan. I begged to have a room change. The guest service representative refused stating that all rooms are book(which was not the case).
We both agreed to a fan and an open window. We returned from dinner and the window was closed. The smell could drive anyone insane. I can only describe this smell as very unnatural and disturbing.
I requested to speak to the two inn owners and they declined. I would not write this review if the two life partners Ken dolls would have even tried to accommodate us with this issue.
My next problem lies with the 3 am sex show that occurred at the poolside. Ken doll number #1 participated or I believe was aware of non-guest entering the pool area. This sex party was quite unreal. If I were paying for a three-diamond place I would expect this. AAA has rated this place as five diamonds. I rate this place as uncomfortable, unaccommodating and over priced.
If you are staying at Provincetown please avoid this inn unless you like no service, your room spayed with agent orange, three am sex shows and attitude from Ken #1 and #2.

Nice location, nice facilities but this place is for those who like to pay top dollar and have the snooty staff sneer at them...watch for Mike the bell boy - snootier than thou..doesn't like women much either...a hoot!
