They need to not overbook. They took my reservations 3 months in advance only to screw them up when I checked-in.

The reservations staff seemed inefficient, bored, not very welcoming. The reservation of a member of our group got lost. They extended very little apology.

The Crowne Plaza was fine, but a really good hotel is better than fine. It should be more luxurious and have a friendlier staff. Buts it’s not like it was any less than expected because I don’t expect much.

It was a pleasant experience and a well-kept hotel.

I was very impressed with the Crowne Plaza. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was luxurious and the bed was extremely comfortable.

This hotel made me feel entertained: I liked watching the various people going by, as well as all the information they had on the sites and places to visit.

Breakfast was terribly confusing. The buffet and menu were conflicting. Prices were astronomical. I paid $16.00 for a fruit plate juice and coffee! And the coffee was undrinkable – it was full of grounds. I was also confused on how to pay.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: The hotel had nice water features. There was a large bath/shower that stayed hot with good pressure. I could take long hot showers, which is very important for traveling. There was a lot of counter space so I didn't have to worry about placing things on the bath.
