68 year old man with a economy budget, traveling for business

I stayed in White Plains and also DC. The location, the comfort and the service were excellent. I am pleased. A travel agent made the arrangements for the organization holding the meeting. These were good choices.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Crowne Plaza White Plains.
I might recommend it to friends.

It was fine, it was a very pleasant stay. The hotel had a nice location.

The arrangements were made for me. I also stayed at the Crowne Plaza hotel in downtown DC. The locations were excellent. The hotels meet my expectations and they are highly recommended.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Crowne Plaza White Plains.

48 year old man with a luxury budget, traveling for business

It is a great, convenient place to stay. They are always hospitable and accommodating. They have a friendly staff and easy check in and check out.

This hotel made me feel welcome: They were courteous, they offered fruit and cookies at the front desk. They let me know about the free wi-fi internet connection and how to use it.

I am very likely to return to the Crowne Plaza White Plains.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

47 year old man with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

There were not enough carts for patrons to use while leaving. The hotel was a fair price for the service you received. The hotel restaurant was very good.

I am very likely to return to the Crowne Plaza White Plains.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
