It was a nice hotel but the restaurant was slow and the food was not the best considering the price.

I had no complaints. Everything was fine.

I stayed in a very nice room, it was in excellent condition. The hotel has a friendly staff and great amenities.

We attended a military reunion there and were pleased with the service, meals, etc. The hotel was easy to get to, plus it was close to wonderful shopping. I was pleased with the four nights we stayed.

The hotel is in a good location and is easy to get to. It has nice facilities. But room service is not very good. It would normally take over an hour to arrive; the food is less than average and often hot food arrived cold and cold food would arrive hot. If a bottled beverage was ordered it would arrive without a glass to accompany it. If it would have been a one-time event I would not mentioned it, but it happened every time I ordered.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: I slept in a good bed.

The Crowne Plaza Valley Forge was so noisy I didn't get two hours of connected sleep. Their "quiet zone" rooms weren't quiet. They had a wild party downstairs. I asked for a floor on a higher level and away from guests that might make noise. They put me on a floor with a group traveling for a special event. They met in the hallway and were organizing their itinerary outside in the hallway at 7am. They were knocking on doors loudly to make sure everyone was up, etc.

Doors were slamming all night long. Partygoers were on both sides of my room singing and yelling. The parking lot had more people playing loud music. I went to this hotel because of an on-line recommendation. I'd never do it again.

I highly recommend them. They’re one of my favorite hotel chains to stay in.

This hotel made me feel pampered: I appreciated the newspaper outside the door and the fresh-baked cookies in the lobby at night.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: They served good continental breakfasts, and gave free newspapers in the morning.

The person we talked to at the desk (who was supposedly the manager) was not very polite and seemed to not want to be bothered with my questions.
