Crowne Plaza Valley Forge Hotel

It was completely up to our expectations.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: All the accommodations were excellent.

The room was very nice. I especially appreciated the little bedtime bag with an eye mask and lavender spray. The hotel was very beautiful, but the pool and gym are housed in a different building. That made it inconvenient to use.

This hotel made me feel important: It was a conference center as well, so it felt very business like.

It was a nice hotel but the restaurant was slow and the food was not the best considering the price.

The rooms were very nice. They had extremely bad service in the hotel's restaurant.

The staff was incredibly gracious and helpful. They were always at hand. The break off rooms were well stocked and prepared! The room service was fast and the tea was hot! I would definitely book there again. It is close to King of Prussia Mall. It was excellent all around.

This hotel made me feel secure: They had security at the front of the lobby at all hours and staff with radios all over the premises.
