Ok hotel, large with many rooms. Extremely business functional, rather impersonal feel. Location is fantastic - right in the middle of Times Square. If you need a quick chocolate fix, the Hershey store presents itself right next door. Wireless internet costs over $15/day, which is a crime in the information age - but is fast. Bottom line - there are better hotels in NY, there are worse hotels in NY - if you pay less than $300/night, you are doing ok.

The room was clean and nice as well as a good size for NYC.

The staff was OK and security was tight. The lounge consisted of four chairs and a small table. The bar was packed and busy but they closed it down at 10pm.

You can get more bang for your buck a block or two away from Times Square if you choose. It seems this hotel likes to cater to corporate meetings/conventions.

Great location in Times Square. The Crowne Plaza is right in the middle of Times Square. Walk to everything. The big problem is the rooms. For the price I thought I would get a nice room, not one with stains on the carpet and scrapes all over the furniture. If you're looking for location first and foremsot, it would be hard to find a better place.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Crowne Plaza Times Square Manhattan.
I might recommend it to friends.
