Crowne Plaza St Louis Clayton Hotel

I love the fact that the rooms are much cleaner than before. My stay this time was much better than before. I can now refer some of my friend and family to stay at The Crown Plaza. Looks like your on the move. Keep up the good work.

It was really nice. But it had a weird layout as different rooms had different features for the same price.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: It had a really nice view of the river front. The hotel was really quiet.

Our stay was very nice. The location was wonderful! We were able to walk downtown Clayton, enjoy the night life and find great food and service.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The people were very welcoming and helpful. We needed more parking slips and there was no hassle.

The billing department charged my card for an extra day than I was there. The hotel was as I expected, otherwise.

After a long day of traveling, all I wanted to do was crawl into bed.

I was about to when I discovered multiple hairs not only on the pillowcases, but also in the sheets! After 40 minutes and two calls to housekeeping, I finally had new sheets on my bed. I was in town for a conference hosted by the hotel. The hotel restaurant had poor service and the food served at our conference by the hotel catering was terrible!

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!
