The staff was extremely friendly, patient and extremely helpful. They had a very accommodating shuttle service to the airport and the casino.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The staff helped with questions and minor requests. They were very considerate.

I am very likely to return to the Crowne Plaza St Louis Airport.

It's an excellent hotel. I actually made arrangements to stay there again two weeks after my first trip. If air travel plans require me going through St. Louis again, I know exactly where I want to stay!

This hotel made me feel comfortable: I liked the room and the fact that the front desk set me up with basic toiletries as the airline delayed my luggage.

I am very likely to return to the Crowne Plaza St Louis Airport.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
