This hotel made me feel important: The staff was very welcoming, they called me by name, they waited at the airport for me and they responded quickly when I almost missed my return flight. They got me back to the airport in record time and I made my flight.

I just stayed there and it is now a Crowne Plaza. They have new guestrooms. The bedding and amenities are a great upgrade.

There are a lot of things you want as a business traveler. Drapery clips to keep out the sun, CD player alarm clock and a "sleep" CD you can listen to and carry home. They have wireless internet even in the sports bar so I go down for dinner with my laptop, complete my orders and pick a game to watch on all the TV's they have.

I stayed here a few months back when it was Holiday Inn, but they really made everything new. It's a great deal and great location at Bell Tower.

The front desk service was great. They remembered my name and preferences. They got me a smoking room at the last minute as I had forgotten to reserve it as such. They all knew the area pretty well and were helpful in telling me where to go for dinner or drinks.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The staff remembered my name and addressed me by it when I entered or left the hotel. They also remembered my preferences and likes, such as being a cigar smoker, and chatted about that. Also, they recalled that I was staying there prior to attending my sister's wedding in another part of the state and wished her well on my check-out.

The hotel is not a good hotel to stay at, it's not clean at all.
