Crowne Plaza Seattle Hotel - Page 3

Our stay at the Crowne Plaza Hotel was very enjoyable. Our room was clean and well-maintained and the location was excellent. We could walk to many locations.

The location is great - I have stayed twice now (2004 and 2005) and will stay again. They dealt well with our family, which includes two children under age 10. It has easy access from the interstate, and is within walking distance to most central downtown attractions. The unique Freeway Park is quite close - not usually mentioned in tourist guides, but a neat site.

The front desk was rude, which was highly unusual. My wife was embarrassed by their attitude.

This hotel is upscale and clean. Its downtown location is near shopping. It has a very helpful concierge.

They had every item in the room I could possibly want or need. It has a beautiful view of the city and even Space Needle. My daughter and her boyfriend paid for this for me as a Christmas gift. I only wish I could have stayed more than one night. It was easy to walk to shops/restaurants. The restaurant in the hotel served a great breakfast.

Parking was $24/night, and wasn't mentioned anywhere online. The hotel was under renovations or something, and there was banging and other loud noises all day. Only very basic cable was offered. Good location.
