69 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for business

The location was good. I had a comfortable room. However, the handicapped room had a tub and a shower and not a walk in shower, which it should have had. A better chair would be nice, too.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Crowne Plaza Richmond West.
I might recommend it to friends.

43 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for business

The hotel seemed to have been renovated recently. The room was nice but somewhat small. The gym equipment was old and broken. The restaurant had good food and a very friendly staff.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: The bed was comfortable and the room cozy.

I am very likely to return to the Crowne Plaza Richmond West.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

It was a late night stay due to weather. Everything was fine. The staff was adequate. The restaurant was adequate.

For the price, it provides good value.

This hotel made me feel secure: The building was well lit. The exits required use of your hotel room card. The parking lot was next to the hotel.

I am very likely to return to the Crowne Plaza Richmond West.
