The only thing that was good about this hotel was that we could check-in early and the beds were wonderful other then that it was all downhill.
Apon arival we were told that there was a REQUIRED $9 a day that is not in the original quote to use the pool, internet ect... We were not told that the hotel had a shuttle to Disneyland even tho I had my Disneyland packet out and with me. We only found out about that after asking how we could get there (without walking which is what we did on the first day) on our 2nd day. The tub in our room was leaking water even after we made sure that it was turned off. We didn't have maid service for one full day and what is worse is that we even asked for it when we were leaving that day. We did not have a "privacy" door hanger and only got one after asking for it. (and we only found out about it after getting a 830am knock on the door from the maid)
And now they are trying to double book me (this is another $510) even tho when we left my balance was at a zero and was told that it was a zero since everything was paid through the Disneyland travel agencey.
