They have no idea how to handle problems at this hotel. We would not stay there again because all they offered was their $10/day internet service. They would do nothing to help us use a dial up service.

They did not seem particularly happy to have me arrive as late as did (I wasn't either, but it wasn't my choice) and really felt that they were a little put out by it.

Great experience. Excellent beds. Very friendly and helpful staff.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: I enjoyed the atmosphere. There was no pressure to do things. Whenever we needed anything the staff was right there.

It was a great hotel and I loved the accessibility of the bathroom. A definite A+ in that category!

This hotel made me feel relaxed: I'm wheel-chair bound and I was relaxed by how the hotel was able to modify the bed so that I could sleep comfortably. The bathrooms were also modified so that I could take a shower comfortably.
