Friendly service.No on-site 24hr restaurants and spendy and far away parking. Compare to other hotels in the area, this stay was not a good value, further away from Disneyland and remote parking facility.

Nice garden area.It is not less than 1 mile to the Anaheim Convention Center. The Crowne Plaza is more moderate than it is upscale. The daily resort fee is totally not worth it.
