Crowne Plaza Phoenix Airport Hotel

This is the WORST Crowne Plaza I have ever stayed at. The rooms are small. The shuttle service is horrible. The front desk staff was very rude and couldn't answer any of my questions about dining. I called the front desk at 2pm and asked to have my room cleaned and the front desk agent told me I had to wait until the housekeeper on my floor finished cleaning all of the empty rooms. I felt like no one cared I was there and no one wanted to be bothered with me. For 199.00 a night, I expected to be treated a lot better. Never again!

Booked motel through an online reservation site, had two separate reservations.

Thursday, than a different one for Friday.

We were assured by the desk clerk that this would be no problem, we would have the same room for our entire stay of five days. Thursday we spent the night, left on business the next day, then returned that night to find our room was rented, and we could not have access to our belongings until the next morning. No key to the maid quarters. We were moved to a less desirable room. When the belongings were returned a lot was missing. Eight hours later missing items showed up.

We found the managers rude and hard to work with!

We stayed at this motel once before and loved it. Except for having to pay extra for the Micro fridge.

I really liked the hotel although the restaurant was just so-so in food quality. All the workers were quite helpful and prompt. The airport shuttle runs every thirty minutes, twenty-four hours a day which we liked. There is no complimentary breakfast. The room was extremely comfortable and the fitness room was better than most.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: They gave us free toothbrushes, razors, shaving cream, and toothpaste. Since we were bumped this was very helpful. Also we could go to the restaurant and the New Years Eve party without a dress code. The help was very nice and seemed to like their jobs.

The service was as expected.

This hotel made me feel practical: It's a good price for what was offered.
