Crowne Plaza Pensacola Grand Hotel

The location was great for me. The room was clean and nicely appointed. The room service food wasn't bad. But the internet gave me problems. I had to call the service provider several times, but they were never able to help me. The problem is that their internet service does not work with Vista.

I did not get the room that I booked. I talked with the front desk person about it and I was told that it was a king leisure room, but the description said it would have extra corner windows, but it did not. They would not do anything about it. They did, however, only charge me the lower price for a king standard room. Also, neither of the wireless or cable internet would work in our room, I was forwarded to their tech support and the problem was not solved.

My experience at the Crowne Plaza Hotel was great. The staff was extremely friendly and the service was great. I highly recommend this hotel.
