Crowne Plaza Orlando Universal Hotel - Page 2

I liked the nice, clean room, and the comfortable beds. The hotel was pleasant and welcoming.

This hotel was clean, comfortable and classy. The employees were all friendly and courteous. I've never been to Orlando but I was driving and I liked the way that I could find the hotel by its unique exterior. And parking was easy.

This hotel made me feel content: The rooms and beds were not too small. There were four of us in a room and we were not crowded. The lobby was not overwhelmingly big but not cramped either.

Nothing like it! The bed and linen awesome. No pain upon awakening; almost felt no need to get up.

This hotel made me feel extravagent: I liked the type of in-house restaurant, it's menu, and room service with linen and silverware.

This hotel made me feel welcome: My stay was very relaxing. The staff was great.

The hurricane hit during our stay so some of my answers could be different because a lot of attention had to be diverted to the hurricane.

Very poor front desk personnel. Also they did not follow their own published guidelines and the manager did not return calls.

Crowne Plaza was a very nice place to stay although I thought it to be a little expensive.

We were pleasantly surprised with the staff and accommodations of this hotel. This was our first stay; we will try to come back to this hotel again.
