The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was friendly. It's located close to Universal theme parks and dining.

This hotel made me feel pampered: The sheets and beds were divine!

I am somewhat likely to return to the Crowne Plaza Orlando Universal.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The location of the hotel was good. The week we stayed it was very comfortable. They did not appear crowded and they were very attentive. They did not make me feel like family because of all the pitches to check out time-shares.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: Parking was very easy to get in and out of. The rooms were spacious and enjoyable.

I am very likely to return to the Crowne Plaza Orlando Universal.
I might recommend it to friends.

I liked the nice, clean room, and the comfortable beds. The hotel was pleasant and welcoming.
