The Crowne Plaza is an excellent value for money. It also ahs great hospitality and environment.

We were treated differently than others checking in based on making reservations through hotwire.com. They seemed to have looked down upon, and the services that were not charged extra to others were offered at an extra charge. The spa was broken. Some workout equipment was broken.

This hotel made me feel respected: They bumped me up to a preferred customer.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: I was there for a workshop and the staff who catered specifically for this were kind, friendly, and went out of their way to be accommodating.

The rooms were comfortable and cleaned daily... There just wasn't anything special about Crowne Plaza... It's just your average chain, though, I was displeased by the gym.

This hotel made me feel secure: The environment gave me a feeling of security and protection. Having everything I needed in the hotel facility gave me comfort, since I had no transportation and nothing is within walking distance.

I just needed an airport hotel for a layover.

The front desk staff was extremely helpful to me, the on site restaurant was excellent. My only problem was that nowhere was it stated that the laundry room was locked to all at 11pm. It was not posted in the room or in any of the literature in the room.

This hotel made me feel secure: There was only one entrance which was unlocked to the public late at night and there were at least people at all times there to make sure only people doing business that were entering. The front desk was staffed with at least two people to assist the guests.

This hotel made me feel elegant: The surroundings were elegant.

Good value but it's just an average hotel at a good price.
