There was a protest by a labor union outside so there was a bit of confusion. The front desk was adequate but not overly fast or helpful.
This hotel made me feel comfortable: The bed was extremely soft and the sleep kit they provided was nice.

This hotel is fine if you get a good rate. Its rack rates are over-priced.

The room was miniscule and there was no bellman to help with luggage.

We were snowed in after returning from Peru and they responded to our need. The ticket agent at US Airways called the hotel and explained our plight. We were immediately accepted and made feel very comfortable.
This hotel made me feel relaxed: We were put in a room right next to the entrance to the health club. We also enjoyed watching the Pittsburgh Steelers game in the bar.

It was priced too high for a one-night stay.

It's just your average airport hotel, if you ask me.... but they are charging luxury Manhattan prices! The in-room movie functions didn't work (important if you are layed over at LGA and don't plan to leave the room...lots of times the case, I would imagine). Tub/shower had a very slow drain, and wouldn't you expect real glasses and coffee mugs for $379 per night?? Nope, Solo cups and flimsy styrofoam coffee cups. Not a good value. I paid way too much for this hotel room! Don't get sucked in by the nice looking picture in the lobby of Laguardia, it's just an average hotel with very high prices. :(

Excellent location and great for just a relaxing getaway even if you don't leave the room. The room was extremely comfortable. It would be even better if it had a Jacuzzi as well.
This hotel made me feel important: It was just special because it was so nice and comfortable to spend some quality time with my partner. The location is great and it made me feel like an important traveler.

Overall it was very well. However, my mother left a pair of pajama bottoms in the locker room of the swimming area over night. She tried to retrieve them, and they were missing. The help wouldn't allow for her to go back in the locker room that night.
