I attended a convention in Jacksonville, Florida. The transportation and the rooms at the Crowne Plaza hotel made it an enjoyable experience. I had no complaints.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The rooms were ready when we checked in. All of us were given separate keys. Information for our convention was readily available. Check out was also painless.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Crowne Plaza Jacksonville.
I might recommend it to friends.

It was better than I expected. It was a very enjoyable stay.

This hotel made me feel welcome: I was relaxed and they were ready to help at any time.
