Filthy under fire code death trap. More than half of exit doors locked 24 hrs. a day. No evacuation plan posted in room. Hot tub was a swamp. Staff was uncommunicative and rude. Most facilities(toilets, frig, etc.) did not work. No restaurant. Bar was locked at lunchtime--no food available. Maid staff did not clean, rooms were NEVER Vacuumed and no cleaning supplies were used. Towels were sometimes replaced, glasses were rinsed, sinks were not even wiped down. This was a conference facility and in three days their visual equipment was still not functioning. Our attendees were locked out of adjoining access to our rooms from conference center and had to walk around hotel to get back in. Maid service was observed sweeping balconies and dumping debris over railing onto to the walkways below.
