Crowne Plaza Houston Downtown Hotel

I liked the hotels comfort level. They managed to accommodate a large group of people without problems. The restaurant was fantastic. The location was terrible. There is nothing to do within a walking distance of the hotel. The pool and gym are meager at best.

This hotel made me feel content: They made me feel welcome and provided a friendly atmosphere. I was happy with the level of service available to me.

It was a comfortable stay. I had a very nice room.

This hotel made me feel pampered: The extra toiletries in the room like the lavender bed spray and the eye mask made me feel pampered.

Everything was great. We were treated very nice and would love to go back again.

The room's appearance made the hotel seem like an upscale, expensive hotel. The hotel had only one restaurant with a limited lunch/dinner menu. The restaurant did include a warm, delicious buffet breakfast. The bed had plenty of pillows.
