This hotel is a hidden treasure. I cannot believe that as far as the so called 'luxury' hotels in Indianapolis are concerned, the Crowne Plaza is never mentioned.
This hotel made me feel relaxed: They gave you the feeling that everything is taken care of and that they can provide you with whatever you need.

Security was not in full force and a request made to the front desk took hours to be fulfilled. It was noisy all night long.

This was definitely one of my best experiences traveling on business!
This hotel made me feel excited: I love to travel and get excited when I do. This was a very unique hotel and I really enjoyed its atmosphere.

Our only complaint--and it was handled--was that we were not told what the check-in time was when we made reservations. The wedding was at 2 PM and we arrived at 11:45 AM and were told that our rooms would not be available until 4 PM.
This hotel made me feel sophisticated: We liked the atmosphere. We were there for a family wedding and the service and setting were very nice.

I really enjoyed the figures in the hotel. I also enjoyed the wonderful room service, and the bed was pure luxury!
This hotel made me feel pampered: The big pillows, music to fall asleep to, sleeping shades, ear plugs--all were very nice!
