Well located. The elevator service.“I would not stay here again because of the poor elevator service. There are only four and one was out of service. A hotel with 34 floors needs at least two, if not three, elevator banks, with four each...

Very comfortable beds.$ valet parking; no towel rack; sink plug broken; swing-arm mirror missing screw.“The Crown Plaza Seattle was so quiet and peaceful - I slept like a log and my partner didn't snore (or I slept so well I didn't hear him)....
We stayed on the executive level, which provided many amenities such as "quiet zones", room safe, mini fridge, spectacular view, comfy beds, spacious room, and an executive lounge by which you could have complimentary evening hors...
47 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
My sister and I stayed here for two nights, one being the 4th of July. We payed a bit extra ($184.00) for an executive level room (floors 31-34), which gave us a spacious room with double beds, and a breathtaking view of the city, Space Needle, and partial bay. Our window was huge, almost an entire wall. Our room also had a safe, mini fridge, 42 inch LCD flatscreen, and plenty of space to spread out. We originally planned to stay at the Hilton, but I'm glad we chose the Crowne Plaza as our floor was higher than the roof of the Hilton nearby: we would never have had the spectacular view had we stayed there.
Staff was friendly, courteous and helpful - which is why I would come back here anytime, and recommend this hotel to anyone. The valet parking was $30.00 per night, which is standard for a downtown Seattle hotel, plus the parking is secured, unlike the Hilton's.
Our room had a nice bathroom with black marble tile floor, and a large granite counter which was fine for two women to share. Shower was hot, good water pressure, and nice bow curtain rod, which gives more elbow room.
Staying on the executive level guarantees a "quiet zone" on the weekdays, and it was certainly quiet for us Thursday evening. No screaming or crying children, no people wandering the hallways, etc... as those floors can only be accessed by inserting your door key into the elevator. They also provide an executive lounge with nice window views, flatscreen TV, and free evening hors d'oeuvres (pizza, chicken satay, fresh fruit, fresh vegetables, dip, and cookies), and bottled water. In the mornings we had a complimentary continental breakfast which consisted of coffee, tea, juice, cold cereal, bagels, muffins, danish, lox, prosciutto ham, cream cheese, etc... It was very nice to start our day with a small meal before going out to walk around Seattle.
The only issue was the elevators. They had four shafts, but only two were in service, which made it SLOW going while waiting for the elevator to show up. Fortunately, whenever staff showed up to use the service elevator, they graciously allowed us to use it to get us where we wanted to go. Another plus for the staff at this hotel!
Again, I recommend this hotel for its courteous staff, amenities, location and price.
