26 year old with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
This is my first experience with Intercontinental Group's another renowned brand, Crowne Plaza.
Entitled to be a 5 star beach resort, Crowne Plaza Sanya is impressive with its traditional chinese wooden temple-style lobby, private access to the fine white sand beach, magnificent guest rooms with a spacious and bright bathroom, and additionally, a great hotel management team. As a platinum member, I got extended stay until 5pm before checking out, due to my change in flight schedule. Beside being extremely grateful on my part, I appreciate their flexibility and quest for excellence in the accomodation of guest requests.
It's a fun stay! With hotel attendents catering to any of your inquiries, you can arrange your travel plan with sufficient information and choices! The only disadvantage for this hotel is, I'm not very impressed with its lagoon layout and hotel park design. It could be better.
