50 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
The breakfast buffet was excellent. The rooms were clean. There was a tractor-trailer parked sideways across several parking spots that caused a reduction in the number of parking spaces.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Crowne Plaza Hotel San Francisco-Peninsula-Arpt.
I might recommend it to friends.

35 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
We have stayed at this hotel numerous times but this last visit will be our last. The first room they gave us had crown moulding fall off, paint chipping most places, an old AC that rattled when it turned on and off, and swooshed all night. In the morning there was no hot water, and next to no water in the shower. We changed rooms. The second room had toilet bowl stains (was it even cleaned?), old AC that swooshed loudly but didn't rattle, cracks all around, and a bathroom door that needed replaced. Parking in the hotel lot when there are functions going on within the hotel, can be extremely frustrating. As I said we have stayed here numerous other times but this last trip will be it. We will stay elsewhere.
